The genius of my design of the Electric DogSled On Wheels is that it’s trail legal and worthy for most bike trails. It’s actually built on a recumbent trike frame that many people use on these trails now, especially those of us getting older with bad knees, backs etc…We are therefore narrow enough for anyone to pass and always considerate enough to clean up after my dogs. The dogs are tethered on a shorter restraint than the leash law requires so they can’t deviate into anyone’s way at all and are always under my control. We yield to all trail users and respect all rules and laws. There are some trails that were built before recumbent trikes and quads where ever thought of. We therefore will yield as I stated mentioned to any other trail user as proper trail etiquette would also have others yield us, so we can share the trail accordingly. Keep in mind there are other aspects along the trail that also require any of us trail users to yield to and share the area depending on the trail as some areas may be too narrow for some trail users like horseback riders, mobility assistance vehicles, tandem strollers, tandem bikes, trail maintenance vehicles, DNR Vehicles etc….
